Bonus Terms & Conditions

GENERAL TERMS

All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per: person and their family, home address, email address, IP address, telephone number, account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account (Neteller, Skrill, etc.), and one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.). Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) will lead to termination of the accounts and confiscation of any gained winnings and active bonuses. The player shall register personally and shall not provide access to their account or allow the website to be used by any third party, including but not limited to minors.
All players can take advantage of the bonuses, except where a bonus has country restrictions and the player is a citizen of one of those countries.
The player is not allowed to abuse the bonus offers. In case of such abuse, the Casino has the right to prohibit the player from receiving any bonuses and to cancel any winnings received using bonus funds, both at the moment of wagering and after it.
All bonuses are added according to the UTC time zone.
Except where a promo code is expressly stated, bonuses are credited automatically to eligible accounts. They cannot be requested from customer support and are not issued on request.
All deposit bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement for obtaining the bonus, a limit on the maximum possible bonus amount, wagering terms, a limit on the maximum bet amount while wagering, and a time limit on bonus life, unless otherwise indicated.
Any issued bonus is limited to a maximum bet during wagering of 5 USD or the equivalent amount in another currency. The maximum bet limit includes bets that are doubled after a game round has been completed, as well as bonus rounds purchased within the game.
Bonus Buys are strictly forbidden while a bonus is active.
All bonuses are non-sticky, meaning the player cannot request a withdrawal until the wagering requirements are fulfilled. Where the player has both real money and bonus money in their account, real money is exhausted first. As soon as bonus money is lost, the bonus is also lost.
At the end of the bonus period, if the bonus remains valid and the wagering conditions are not met, all bonus money and winnings are void.
Bonuses are automatically cancelled when the active balance reaches 0.01 USD or the equivalent amount in another currency or less. This term applies only to a balance tied to a bonus, that is deposit plus bonus, or a bonus only in the case of a no deposit bonus, and does not apply to funds on a player's balance gained from other deposits or bonuses.
A player may request a withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the bonus wagering requirements. In this case the bonus amount and winnings are void, and the remaining funds, if any, are paid to the player.
A player has the right to cancel any bonus without proceeding to wager it, without any loss of their own funds.
Only one bonus can be activated at a time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined.
A player has the right to refuse any bonus from the Casino.
Please note that a bet amount is not fully taken into account in all games when wagering a bonus. 100% of the bet is taken into account when playing slots, except for games excluded from bonus wagering and all Jackpot slots. All other games contribute 5% of the bet.
When gambling with bonus funds, all winnings requested for withdrawal pass a check prior to payment processing. The Casino reserves the right to request the user to confirm their personal data and payment method data as a result of that check.
The Casino has the right to revoke any bonuses and winnings, and to confiscate all money in the account, where it has been obtained dishonestly or in violation of these rules.
The Casino reserves the right to amend and supplement these terms at any time. In case of a discrepancy between the terms and conditions in English and any other language, the English version prevails.

PROHIBITED PLAY WHILE A BONUS IS ACTIVE

The player is not allowed to use fraudulent, abusive or otherwise prohibited strategies while playing with an active bonus in order to fulfil bonus wagering requirements. Where the Casino has reasonable grounds to believe that the player's actions are intended to gain an unfair advantage through prohibited methods, including but not limited to collusion, money laundering, exploitation of software bugs, exchange rate manipulation, or other forms of game abuse, the Casino reserves the right to cancel the bonus and void any winnings obtained through such actions.
While playing with an active bonus, it is strictly forbidden to engage in any activity that provides the player with a clearly unfair or artificial advantage. Such activities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Delaying the completion of game rounds, including free spins, bonus features or unfinished rounds, with the intention of continuing or concluding them at a later time when bonus wagering requirements have already been fulfilled or are no longer active. This includes making a new deposit while free spins features or bonus features are still available in a game.
Leaving high value or disproportionate bets active within a game, for example in table games such as blackjack, then exiting the game and returning only after the bonus wagering requirements have been completed.
Using bonus funds to build up in-game value, features or progress, such as accumulated bonuses, multipliers or enhanced game states, intentionally losing or exhausting the bonus balance, and subsequently cashing out or benefiting from the accumulated value during real money play.
Using bonus or cash funds purely to progress through bonus stages, for example collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach a bonus feature, and then completing the final stages with cash bets once bonus funds have been forfeited or lost, or once wagering has been met and converted to cash. All winnings gained during such play may be considered void.
Employing betting patterns, strategies or gameplay methods that exploit software errors, bugs, malfunctions or failures, whether known or newly discovered.
Any other behaviour that, in the Casino's sole discretion, is deemed to be an attempt to manipulate game mechanics, wagering requirements or bonus conditions to gain an unfair advantage.
In such cases, the Casino reserves the right to withhold, cancel or void any bonuses, winnings or balances associated with the abusive behaviour, and to take any further action permitted under these Terms and Conditions.

PROMOTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WELCOME DEPOSIT BONUS

The Welcome Deposit Bonus is 150% up to 1,500 USD or the equivalent in another currency.
To qualify, your deposit shall be at least 10 USD or the equivalent in another currency.
To receive the bonus, enter the code WO in your profile while making the deposit.
The maximum Welcome Deposit Bonus amount is 1,500 USD or the equivalent in another currency.
Bonus duration is 14 days.
To wager the bonus result, you need to place bets for an amount 40 times the bonus result amount.

DAILY RAKEBACK

Daily Rakeback returns a share of the house edge applied to your real money casino bets.
The bonus is credited automatically once your accumulated rakeback reaches the minimum qualifying amount. No promo code is required.
The rakeback share, the eligible game categories and the minimum qualifying amount are set by BiggerZ and may change without notice. The amount available to you is shown in your account.
There is no wagering requirement on the Daily Rakeback bonus.

RECURRING BONUS

The Recurring Bonus returns a share of your net losses over a set period. It is offered on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Daily Bonus is calculated on your net losses for the previous day.
Weekly Bonus is calculated on your net losses for the previous week and is credited at the start of the following week.
Monthly Bonus is calculated on your net losses for the previous month and is credited at the start of the following month.
All Daily, Weekly and Monthly Bonuses are credited automatically. No promo code is required and no request needs to be made in chat or to support.
A minimum net loss is required to qualify. Where the calculated amount falls below the minimum, no bonus is issued for that period.
The bonus rate, the qualifying minimum, the maximum amount and the eligible games are set by BiggerZ, may vary by loyalty level and currency, and may change without notice. The amount credited to you is shown in your account.
Only real money bets are taken into account. Bets placed with bonus funds are excluded from the net loss calculation.
Each bonus has a limited activation period and a limited validity period, both shown with the bonus in your account. A bonus not activated or not used within those periods expires.
There is no wagering requirement on the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Bonuses.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

The BiggerZ Loyalty Program is based on your total wagering. Progress is measured by the lifetime sum of your real money casino bets, converted to USDT at the exchange rate applied by BiggerZ.

The program has six tiers, Tiny, Prime, Supreme, Titan, Empire and BiggerZ, each divided into three levels.
Your level is reached when your lifetime wagering total passes the minimum shown for that level below. The upper figure of each range is the entry point of the next level.
Only real money casino bets count toward loyalty progress. Bets placed with bonus funds are excluded.
Levels are calculated on lifetime wagering and are not reset at the end of a week, month or year.
Level progress is updated automatically. Levels are credited by the system and cannot be requested, transferred between accounts or purchased.
Where an account is closed, self-excluded or found in breach of these Terms and Conditions, loyalty progress and any associated entitlements are forfeited.

BESPOKE BONUSES

BiggerZ may, at its sole discretion, offer bespoke bonuses to selected VIP customers. Bespoke bonuses are agreed individually between the VIP Manager and the VIP customer. No customer has an automatic entitlement to receive a bespoke bonus, and eligibility, availability and terms are determined on a case by case basis.
The wagering (rollover) requirement applicable to a bespoke bonus may differ from the standard wagering requirements set out in these Terms and will be as agreed between the VIP Manager and the customer at the time the bonus is offered. The agreed wagering requirement applies in place of the standard requirement.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise with the VIP Manager, the following maximum bet limits apply at all times while a bespoke bonus is active or its wagering requirement remains incomplete: slots, maximum bet of 100 USD or the equivalent in another currency per spin; all other games, maximum bet of 500 USD or the equivalent in another currency per bet, hand or round.
Bets placed above these limits may be excluded from wagering contribution and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Only bespoke bonus terms communicated by the VIP Manager through official BiggerZ channels are valid. Customers are advised to retain the written communication confirming their individual bonus terms.
Except where expressly varied by the individually agreed terms, the General Bonus Terms and Conditions apply in full to all bespoke bonuses. In the event of any conflict, the individually agreed terms prevail.
BiggerZ reserves the right to amend or withdraw a bespoke bonus offer at any time prior to acceptance, and to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it in cases of bonus abuse, fraud or breach of these Terms.

REFERRAL BONUS

The referral bonus is 50 USD or the equivalent amount in another currency, with a wagering requirement of 30 times the bonus amount.
There is no limit on the number of referral bonuses issued.
To participate in the referral program, the referrer must have made at least one successful deposit.
The referrer must share their unique referral link, available in the "Refer a friend" section of their profile.
The referred friend must use this link to sign up and make a successful deposit in order to trigger the bonus reward for the referrer.
The referred friend has to deposit at least 60 USD or the equivalent amount in another currency.
The bonus is credited once the referred friend makes their first successful deposit.
There is no limit on the maximum winnings from the referral bonus.
Bonus activation duration is 1 day. Bonus duration is 7 days.
The Casino reserves the right to exclude any player from this campaign where there is suspicion of misuse or abuse of the referral system.
The referral program may be changed or terminated at the discretion of the Casino without prior notice.
